With every tower crane hire we provide highly skilled, fully trained and certified staff to operate the cranes efficiency and effectively.  This includes a minimum of:

1. Crane operator – control the cranes to assist the clients with all their operational requirements (lifting, moving and placing objects on the project site)
2. Dogman – direct the crane operator for maximum safety and efficiency

All of our crew are fully covered by Workers Compensation and have been fully trained in all aspects of site and workplace safety.

We develop Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) with our staff to minimise risk and ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.

We refer particularly to Chapter 6, section 291 (High-Risk construction work) and section 299 (SWMS), ISO 31000 – Risk Management and applicable Work Health and Safety codes of practice in:
